Question 1

Which cities does CrossBreeze Heating and Air cover?

Accepted Answer

Twenty three communities across San Diego County, all worked out of the shop at 9014 Flanders Dr in Mira Mesa. Mira Mesa, Rancho Penasquitos, Carmel Mountain, Scripps Ranch, Clairemont, Serra Mesa, San Diego city, Hillcrest, Pacific Beach and Ocean Beach sit in and around the city itself. Poway, Del Mar, Solana Beach and Encinitas run north. Chula Vista, National City, Bonita, Spring Valley, La Mesa, El Cajon, Bostonia, Santee and Lakeside cover the South Bay and East County.

Question 2

How far will you travel for a service call?

Accepted Answer

Everything we cover sits inside about a 35 minute drive of the Mira Mesa shop at 9014 Flanders Dr. Rancho Penasquitos is around 9 minutes out, Carmel Mountain about 11, Poway roughly 16, El Cajon about 25 and Chula Vista about 30 in normal traffic. We hold the service area at that radius on purpose, because it is what lets us give you an arrival time we can actually keep.

Question 3

My city is not on your list. Will you still come out?

Accepted Answer

Call and ask rather than assuming either way. The 23 communities we list are the ones we cover reliably from Mira Mesa, and the service area was drawn around that drive so the arrival times we quote hold up. Reach us at 760-715-0523, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm, and Eddie will tell you straight whether your address works.

Question 4

Do you cover the South Bay and East County?

Accepted Answer

Both. South Bay means Chula Vista, National City, Bonita and Spring Valley, roughly 25 to 34 minutes from the Mira Mesa shop. East County means La Mesa, El Cajon, Bostonia, Santee and Lakeside, roughly 21 to 32 minutes out. Each of those cities has its own page with the neighborhoods we work in and the questions homeowners there ask most often.

Question 5

When can you get out to my area?

Accepted Answer

We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4pm, and we book same or next day where the schedule allows. We are not a 24 hour emergency service. If a system quits at midnight the honest answer is that we will see you in the morning, and we would rather say that than have you waiting on a call back.

Question 6

Do you work in Mira Mesa itself?

Accepted Answer

That is home. The shop is at 9014 Flanders Dr in Mira Mesa, so most streets in the neighborhood are a few minutes away, and a good share of our work has always come from Mira Mesa neighbors and from the Filipino community here. Rancho Penasquitos and Carmel Mountain sit just up the road at roughly 9 and 11 minutes from the door.
