# Heating & Air Conditioning in Spring Valley, CA | CrossBreeze Heating & Air > Spring Valley sits in East County at about 390 feet, far enough from the coast that it runs hotter than nearby Bonita. ## Serving Spring Valley and Surrounding Areas Spring Valley is inland, about 13 miles from the coast in East County at around 390 feet, and the coastal cool does not carry this far. Even Bonita, right next door, does not get as hot as Spring Valley, so air conditioning does real work out here and a system that is undersized or worn out gets found out fast once summer settles in. About two thirds of the homes here are owner occupied. CrossBreeze is based in Mira Mesa, about 30 minutes away. CrossBreeze covers Spring Valley proper along with La Presa to the south and Casa de Oro to the north, both of which use Spring Valley addresses. Out here the AC earns its keep, so AC Repair and HVAC Maintenance & Tune Ups before the heat arrives are the most common calls, and AC Installation & Replacement when an old unit cannot hold up through the hottest stretch of summer. A Whole House Fan or Attic Fan Installation can pull hot air out of the attic and cut how long the AC runs. Ducting & Zoning helps a house where the upstairs bakes while the downstairs is fine, and Heat Pump Installation covers heating and cooling with one system. Eddie comes out, looks at what you have, and gives a straight number before any work starts. He does not quote a price sight unseen.
