# Heating & Air Conditioning in Solana Beach, CA | CrossBreeze Heating & Air > Solana Beach is a real beach town, less than a mile from the water, with Interstate 5 running right through the middle of it. ## Serving Solana Beach and Surrounding Areas Solana Beach is a beach city on the South Coast, less than a mile from the water, with the Pacific to the west, Del Mar to the south and Rancho Santa Fe to the east. Interstate 5 cuts right through the middle of town. That close to the ocean, salt air works on outdoor units and coils. Housing runs from Eden Gardens, formed in the 1920s, to the condominiums the county allowed on the sandstone bluffs before the city incorporated in 1986. CrossBreeze is about 22 minutes from Mira Mesa. We work both sides of Interstate 5 in Solana Beach, in Eden Gardens and La Colonia, around the Cedros Design District, near Fletcher Cove and Tide Beach Park, and out by San Elijo Lagoon. Eden Gardens is one of the oldest residential areas in the city, and older homes with no room for ductwork are where Mini Split Installation makes the most sense. The bluff top condominiums are a good fit for Heat Pump Installation, since one piece of equipment handles both the heating and the cooling. Salt air is rough on outdoor equipment, so HVAC Maintenance & Tune Ups are worth doing every year here, and we handle AC Repair and Furnace & Heating Repair all over town. Eddie comes out, looks at what you actually have, and gives you a straight number before any work starts. CrossBreeze is C20 licensed, CSLB #1055889, with a 5.0 rating on 26 Google reviews. ### Areas We Cover Around Solana Beach - Eden Gardens - La Colonia - Cedros Design District - Fletcher Cove - Tide Beach Park - San Elijo Lagoon ### Local Service Area Based in Mira Mesa, San Diego since 2018.
