# Heating & Air Conditioning in Lakeside, CA | CrossBreeze Heating & Air > Lakeside sits in the western foothills of the Cuyamaca Mountains, about 20 miles from the coast, and it still carries its cowboy town reputation. ## Serving Lakeside and Surrounding Areas Lakeside is inland, about 20 miles from the coast, in the western foothills of the Cuyamaca Mountains with a warm-summer Mediterranean climate. Warm summers are the part that matters for us, since the air conditioner does most of the work in a home out here. Lakeside is a rural, ranch minded community and mostly owner-occupied. At the 2020 census there were 7,782 housing units and about seven in ten occupied homes were owned rather than rented. CrossBreeze Heating & Air is based in Mira Mesa, about 32 minutes from Lakeside. We cover Eucalyptus Hills, Lakeside Farms, Lindo Park, Riverview, Lemon Crest and the historic downtown along Maine Avenue, from Lindo Lake out toward Lake Jennings. With warm summers this far inland, most of the calls are AC Repair, AC Installation & Replacement, and HVAC Maintenance & Tune Ups before the heat sets in. A Heat Pump Installation covers cooling and heating with one unit, a Whole House Fan or Attic Fan Installation helps clear heat out of the house, and Ducting & Zoning evens out a system that leaves some rooms warm. We handle Furnace & Heating Repair and Mini Split Installation too, on ranch properties and in town alike. A visit is simple. Eddie comes out, looks at what you have, and gives you a straight number before any work starts. He does not quote a price sight unseen. CrossBreeze is C20 licensed, CSLB #1055889, with a 5.0 rating on 26 Google reviews. ### Areas We Cover Around Lakeside - Eucalyptus Hills - Lakeside Farms - Lindo Park - Riverview - Lemon Crest - Maine Avenue historic downtown ### Local Service Area Based in Mira Mesa, San Diego since 2018.
