# Heating & Air Conditioning in Hillcrest, CA | CrossBreeze Heating & Air > Hillcrest sits about five miles from the coast next to Balboa Park, with a ridge over San Diego Bay on its west side and canyons running through it. ## Serving Hillcrest and Surrounding Areas Hillcrest is near the coast, about five miles in, between Mission Hills, Bankers Hill, University Heights and North Park, with Balboa Park to the south. It is not a beach neighborhood and not far inland either, so what a house needs depends on the house more than the address. Development began in 1910 and the area was built out by 1920, mixing Craftsman homes with mid century modern condominium buildings, so there is a wide range of equipment and plenty of houses built before central air. CrossBreeze is about 18 minutes away in Mira Mesa. CrossBreeze covers Hillcrest, zip 92103, and the neighborhoods around it, including Mission Hills, Bankers Hill, University Heights and North Park. The area was built out by 1920 and has Craftsman homes and mid century modern condominium buildings side by side, so the work varies house to house. Mini Split Installation is a common fit for older homes with no ductwork and for condos where a full ducted system is not an option. Heat Pump Installation covers heating and cooling in one unit. AC Repair, Furnace & Heating Repair and HVAC Maintenance & Tune Ups handle whatever is already in place, and Ducting & Zoning helps when some rooms never get comfortable. Eddie comes out himself, looks at what you have and how the house is laid out, and gives you a straight number before any work starts. He does not quote a price sight unseen. CrossBreeze holds CSLB #1055889 and has a 5.0 rating on 26 Google reviews. ### Areas We Cover Around Hillcrest - Mission Hills - Bankers Hill - University Heights - North Park - Park West - Balboa Park ### Local Service Area Based in Mira Mesa, San Diego since 2018.
